Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Aesthetics Abloom. By booking and attending appointments, clients agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all services provided by Aesthetics Abloom Pty Limited (ABN 75 669 812 695), and clients are encouraged to familiarise themselves with these prior to treatment. Please note that these terms are subject to change without prior notice.
1. Consultations & Bookings
All treatments at Aesthetics Abloom require a booking and mandatory consultation prior to the procedure.
Appointments may be cancelled if a client is more than 15 minutes late.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients must notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee and may restrict future bookings.
Clients consent to assistant(s) being present in the room during the client’s consultation and treatment. Otherwise, clients agree to advise the clinic at least 24 hours prior to their consultation that they do not wish for an assistant to be present in the consultation room during their consultation and treatment.
2. Medical History & Treatment Suitability
Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information, including any current medications, allergies, or changes in health status.
Aesthetics Abloom practitioners reserve the right to assess each client’s suitability for a procedure. If the client is deemed unsuitable for treatment based on medical or clinical reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service.
It is the client's responsibility to inform the practitioner of any new medications or procedures they are undergoing before treatment.
3. Payment Policy
Payment is due on the day of treatment and must be settled before leaving the clinic.
Aesthetics Abloom does not provide refunds for services once rendered. The outcomes of medical and cosmetic treatments may vary, and clients acknowledge that there are no guaranteed results.
While we will make every reasonable effort to achieve the desired outcome, clients understand that results depend on individual factors and may require multiple sessions.
4. Children & Guests in the Clinic
Clients are responsible for the supervision and behaviour of any children or guests they bring into the clinic. Aesthetics Abloom takes no responsibility for the safety or care of children or guests.
5. Post-Treatment Reviews & Follow-Up
Follow-up reviews are generally scheduled 2 to 4 weeks post-procedure, depending on the type of treatment. Clients experiencing medical complications, such as infection or vascular issues, will be seen urgently.
Clients are responsible for monitoring their recovery and notifying the clinic of any signs of complications. Routine concerns like mild swelling or asymmetry will not be reviewed before the scheduled follow-up period unless otherwise advised by the practitioner.
6. Promotions & Offers
Promotions are available for a limited time only and are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Packages, collections, and treatment plans are designed for individual use only and cannot be shared with others.
7. TGA Regulations
In compliance with Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulations, product names, such as those for Anti-Wrinkle or Dermal Filler treatments, will not be used in advertising or promotional materials.
8. Photography & Documentation
During the consultation and at various stages during treatment, photographs will be taken for the purpose of clinical documentation. By booking a treatment, clients consent to this as part of their treatment process.
These photographs are securely stored and used for treatment tracking and may be shared with the client to illustrate results.
9. Emergency Situations
In the event of an unforeseen medical emergency, the clinic will prioritise the client's health and, if necessary, arrange for emergency services. Clients understand that any costs related to emergency medical care or transfer to a hospital will be their responsibility.
10. Dermal Filler Dissolving
The clinic reserves the right to refuse the dissolution of fillers if it is not in the client’s best interest or for safety reasons.
11. Asymmetry
Clients are informed that natural asymmetry exists in all anatomy, and while every effort is made to enhance balance, no guarantees can be made regarding perfect symmetry post-treatment.
If further treatments are required to correct asymmetry, these will be charged.
12. Refund Policy
Medical procedures carry inherent variability, and while our team strives to achieve the best possible outcomes, clients acknowledge that results may vary based on individual factors. As such, refunds are not available for any treatments once they have been performed.
Aesthetics Abloom will make every reasonable effort to address any concerns, but clients must understand that certain results may not be fully achievable within one session.
13. Cancellation of the Clinic-Patient Relationship
Aesthetics Abloom reserves the right to discontinue a client-practitioner relationship if it is deemed in the best interest of either party.
